1.Marble steenplatform
De gematigde weerstandseigenschap maakt het nauwkeuriger stabielere.
2.Non-lineair Kaliberbepalingssysteem
Het niet-lineaire grafische kaliberbepalingssysteem kan rechthoek volkomen reproduceren, eliminerend dimensionale die afwijking door verschillende plaatdikte wordt veroorzaakt.
3.Use de dioden van de hoge machtslaser
High-power dioden. In tegenstelling tot de meeste dioden van het fabrikantengebruik 1w voor CTP machines dioden en van 70mj (200mW) voor CTCP-machines, gebruiken wij 2W-dioden voor CTP machines en 120mj (300mW) voor CTCP-machines. Gebaseerd op gebruikelijk gebruik, kunnen de hogere machtsdioden het langer leven verwachten en niet zo gemakkelijk oud te worden.
4.Built-in lager in de trommel
Wij gebruikten ingebouwd lager om onze trommel te steunen, die hogere stabiliteit en meer nauwkeurigheid brengt wanneer de trommel in een hoge snelheid, zonder een grote afwijking roteert.
5.Top-klasse componenten en delen
Wij gebruiken top-class toebehoren in al ons materiaal, dat onze producten stabielere prestaties en het langere leven brengt. - Fuji-motor van Japan; - De thermische dioden van Lasermech van de V.S.; - De UVdioden van Nichia van Japan; - Het systeem en de lagers van Maglev van Duitsland; - Sensoren van Spanje.
